I have been purchasing this product for about 2 years now - firstly from the Supermarkets and now from the maker. It is an excellent supplement for yoghurt, salads, over vegetables, a snack etc. Crunchy, tasty, easily digestible, it makes a strong improvement to gut health. My partner is now using it as well and has noticed he does not have a sore stomach, bloating, etc. Will be repurchasing.

I've been using the Kapai Puku GUT HEALTH range daily, for the past 15 years. I've tried all the blends - for variety of taste. I found that besides contributing to good gut health and movement regularity, it also prevents hunger pangs till about 3pm (when consumed with oat milk and yoghurt at around 8am).

I have been eating this mix for years sprinkled on my fruit and yogurt and never get tired of it my gut health has improved drastically and all my friends and family are hooked on it too
